In 2019, Stitch Fix—the online personal styling service worth over $2 billion—launched its first international version in the UK. I was initially hired as a translator/"Brit-picker" to adapt their web copy for a British audience, but the role eventually grew into general UK content strategy.
In addition to my consulting work, I also wrote and adapted their British website, the UK version of the app, the help centre, several email campaigns, tons of print collateral, and hundreds of customer service scripts.
